Sunrise Pale

Sunrise Pale is our classic pale malt, built to deliver clean, consistent performance across all beer styles. Grown in the rich prairie soils, Sunrise Pale offers a light golden color, excellent fermentability, and a balanced character with just a touch of sweetness. Ideal for both traditional and experimental brews, this malt lays the foundation, dependable, bright, and full of potential, like the start of a new day.

Daybreak Pils - COMING SOON!

Daybreak Pils is a bright, low-color base malt crafted from premium 2-Row barley grown on the Canadian prairies. Dried gently to preserve its delicate character, this malt offers exceptional clarity, high extract, and a clean, crisp finish with subtle grain sweetness. Ideal for Pilsners, light lagers, and other refined beer styles, Daybreak Pils delivers both elegance and brewhouse efficiency.

Sunset Pale COMING SOON!

Sunset Pale is a special base malt made from premium 2-row barley and moderately kilned to develop a warm, toasty character with a pronounced grainy depth not typically found in standard base malts. It offers a gentle richness that evokes a golden-amber harvest sunset, making it an ideal choice for beers with slightly deeper color and any style that benefits from a smooth, flavorful foundation.

Frosted Wheat COMING SOON!

Frosted Wheat is a versatile malt crafted from hardy Canadian winter wheat grown on the Canadian Prairies. Kilned to a light golden hue, it imparts soft, doughy, bread-like flavors and contributes protein to enhance head retention, body, and mouthfeel. From hazy IPAs to classic wheat beers and even as a subtle addition to lagers or pale ales, frosted Wheat brings both functionality and flavor to the grist.
